Spatial resistance: a library practice

Main Article Content

Abstract

This article is based on a research that addresses the problem of the processes of resistance that in Latin America have allowed the configuration and operation of libraries as a response to social problems. For this reason, it is conceptually located in geography and in particular in space, in order to question librarianship in the understanding of social phenomena, thus triggering a qualitative methodological exercise with content analysis in a critical perspective so that the reading and analysis allow to situate the saying in space and the space of the library's saying as part of the spatial resistance of librarians.
